Physical Properties:Density approx. 0.86-0.88 g/cm³, low melt index, narrow molecular weight distribution, with long side octyl groups that form physical crosslinking points. Excellent flowability and processability, good compatibility with PP and activated calcium carbonate, superior toughening effect on PP. High elongation at break, good impact strength, and excellent low-temperature performance.
Uses:Mainly used as a toughening modifier for PP, significantly improving the impact strength and elongation at break of the system. Also suitable for wire and cable insulation materials and general-purpose plastic modification. When used with PP and activated calcium carbonate, it improves melt flowability and overall mechanical properties. Recommended addition is below 20% to balance toughness and rigidity.
