POK M630F is a food-grade polyketone with hydrolysis resistance, no formaldehyde release, and NSF certification for water contact. It offers high impact strength (about 230% higher than nylon/PBT), excellent chemical resistance (second only to PPS), fuel-oil resistance superior to PA11/PA12, gas barrier performance comparable to EVOH, and wear resistance about 3 times that of POM (over 10 times for wear-resistant grades). High crystallinity enables fast molding cycles; it is synthesized from carbon monoxide and is environmentally friendly.
Uses:It is mainly used in food-contact and drinking-water-contact applications such as food packaging, barrier bottles/tubes, water purifiers, faucets, shower heads, water pumps and water-meter components.
