Physical Properties:Density 1.42 g/cm³, melting point 136°C for homopolymer and 110°C for copolymer. White powder, generally opaque, good colorability. Mold shrinkage 1.2-3.0%, water absorption 0.22-0.25%. Decomposition temperature 240°C, long-term service temperature -40°C to 100°C, heat deflection temperature 172°C. Excellent resistance to organic solvents and oils, but not resistant to acids or strong alkalis. Good electrical properties with dielectric constant unaffected by temperature and humidity.
Uses:Suitable for manufacturing wear-resistant and friction-reducing parts, transmission components, and parts for chemical and instrumentation applications. With high rigidity and toughened characteristics, it is widely used in gears, bearings, slider blocks, precision structural parts in the automotive industry and electronic/electrical fields.
