Physical Properties:Polyoxymethylene homopolymer, a highly crystalline thermoplastic resin, supplied as ivory-white or translucent pellets. It has a density of approx. 1.42 g/cm³, melting temperature of approx. 175°C, and decomposition temperature of approx. 230°C. It offers excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance, toughness, and self-lubrication, with good chemical resistance to weak acids, weak alkalis, and organic solvents, but is not resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, and oxidizers. Low water absorption and excellent dimensional stability.

Uses:Suitable for advanced technology and automotive, shipbuilding, chemical, petroleum, telecommunications, and instrumentation industries, used to manufacture precision gears, bearings, sliders, valves, pump bodies, and instrument parts that require wear resistance and high toughness.
