- 聚甲醛为白色粉末，表面光滑有光泽，硬而致密，淡黄或白色，薄壁部分呈半透明。密度1.41-1.43 g/cm³，成型收缩率1.2-3.0%，成型温度170-200℃，干燥条件80-90℃/2h。可在-40℃~100℃范围内长期使用，短期耐热可达160℃，分解温度280℃，分解时产生刺激性甲醛气体。易燃，离火后继续燃烧，有强烈刺激性甲醛味。

Physical Properties:Polyoxymethylene is a white powder with smooth, glossy, hard and dense appearance, light yellow or white, translucent in thin sections. Density 1.41-1.43 g/cm³, molding shrinkage 1.2-3.0%, molding temperature 170-200°C, drying conditions 80-90°C for 2 hours. It can be used long-term in the range of -40°C to 100°C, with short-term heat resistance up to 160°C. Decomposition temperature is 280°C, releasing irritating formaldehyde gas. It is flammable and continues to burn after removal from flame, with strong irritating formaldehyde odor.
Uses:It can replace most non-ferrous metals and is widely used in automotive, machine tools, instrument internal parts, bearings, fasteners, gears, spring sheets, pipes, conveyor belt accessories, and electronic/electrical components. Suitable for manufacturing precision gears, wear-resistant parts and structural parts.
