Physical Properties:White or light yellow crystalline powder or pellets; density approx. 1.41 g/cm³, melting point approx. 165-175°C, heat deflection temperature approx. 110°C (1.8 MPa). It exhibits excellent wear resistance, self-lubrication, chemical resistance and dimensional stability. This high molecular weight grade provides good toughness, high notched impact strength and low flow, suitable for injection molding.

Uses:Widely used in automotive, electrical/electronic, industrial machinery, medical and consumer goods. Typical applications include automotive accelerator pedals, gears, bearings, water pump impellers and door lock components; connectors, switches, housings in electronics; pump bodies, valves, slide rails, cams and conveyor parts in industry; insulin pens, dry powder inhalers and surgical instrument housings in medical; as well as zippers, kitchen utensils and toys in consumer goods.
