The weather-resistant grade M90-45 incorporates UV stabilizers, offering outstanding weatherability and aging resistance for long-term outdoor use. Density is approximately 1.41 g/cm³, melting point around 175°C, low water absorption, good dimensional stability, and resistance to most organic solvents and weak acids/bases.
Uses:Suitable for manufacturing components in electronic and electrical appliances such as timers for washing machines and juicers; automotive parts such as handlebars and electric window parts; also commonly used for mechanical parts, gears, handles, screws and toys. The weather-resistant grade is particularly suitable for products exposed to outdoor or light environments for long periods, such as automotive exterior parts and outdoor equipment housings.
