Physical Properties:Density 1.42 g/cm³, water absorption 0.22%~0.25%, molding shrinkage 2.1%, heat deflection temperature 172°C; high mechanical strength and rigidity, excellent fatigue strength, environmental stress-crack resistance and solvent resistance, good resistance to repeated impact, good electrical properties, good resilience, self-lubricating, good wear resistance, and excellent dimensional stability. Processing temperature 190–215°C, mold temperature 80–100°C.

Uses:Suitable for injection molding, extrusion, compression molding, rotational molding and blow molding. Widely used in power tools, gears, springs, clips, fuel system components, toy components, washing machine parts, electric toothbrush and shaver components, faucets and seat belt buckles. With high flow, wear resistance, high impact resistance and UV resistance, it is especially suitable for precision parts subjected to repeated impact and friction.
