Physical Properties:White or light yellow granules/powder, easy to disperse in polypropylene resin, good thermal stability and compatibility, does not decompose at processing temperatures, effectively reduces the surface resistivity of polypropylene products and prevents static accumulation.
Uses:General-purpose PP polymer antistatic agent, suitable for antistatic modification of polypropylene films, injection-molded parts, sheets, and woven bags. When added to PP resin at a certain ratio, it significantly reduces the surface resistivity of the finished products, reduces static dust adsorption and electric shock, and improves processability and safety.
Technical Specifications:
Recommended dosage: 0.5%~3.0% by weight.
Surface resistivity: up to 10^8~10^10 Ω.
Thermal decomposition temperature: ≥250°C, suitable for conventional PP processing temperatures.
