Physical Properties:This product is an antistatic composite material made of polypropylene (PP) matrix reinforced with carbon fiber and conductive additives, supplied as black pellets. Density is approximately 1.02~1.20 g/cm³, melting temperature is about 160~170°C, and heat deflection temperature (0.45MPa) is above 120°C. It exhibits excellent antistatic performance with surface volume resistivity of 10^5~10^9 Ω·cm, along with good mechanical strength, rigidity, wear resistance, and good melt flow for injection molding.
Uses:General-purpose antistatic material suitable for injection molding. Commonly used in manufacturing electronic component packaging trays, tote boxes, antistatic sheets, conveyor rollers, and various industrial parts requiring electrostatic dissipation.
