Physical Properties:PPA+PTFE wear-resistant composite combines the high-temperature resistance and rigidity of polyphthalamide (PPA) with the low friction coefficient and self-lubrication of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It exhibits low friction coefficient, excellent wear resistance, good chemical resistance and dimensional stability. Density is approximately 1.4-1.6 g/cm³, and continuous service temperature reaches 150-180°C.
Uses:Used in electric vehicle components, heavy-duty transport equipment, lawn and garden machinery gears, computer components, electrical/electronic components, household appliances, building materials, automotive under-hood parts, automotive lighting, medical devices and bearings, and is suitable for injection molding.
