Physical Properties:Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) is a semi-crystalline special engineering plastic with excellent heat resistance, chemical corrosion resistance and flame retardancy. This product achieves super conductivity by incorporating conductive fillers such as carbon fiber and carbon nanotubes, with surface resistivity as low as 10¹~10³ Ω/sq, while maintaining PPS's inherent high mechanical strength, dimensional stability and creep resistance. Typical density is 1.4~1.6 g/cm³, melting point is 280~285°C, high heat deflection temperature, and long-term service temperature can exceed 200°C.

Uses:Used for manufacturing antistatic electronic components, conductive precision structural parts, high-temperature conductive components and static dissipative parts, widely applied in electronics, semiconductor, automotive, chemical and aerospace industries.
