Physical Properties:PPS+GF30% is a black injection molding grade plastic resin based on polyphenylene sulfide reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It offers excellent high-temperature resistance with a long-term RTI of over 200°C and a heat deflection temperature above 270°C. It features outstanding dimensional stability, low mold shrinkage, low water absorption, excellent electrical insulation, good arc resistance, high rigidity, high creep resistance, good chemical corrosion resistance, flame retardancy, and radiation resistance.

Uses:It is widely used in aerospace, chemical, electronic and electrical, machinery, automotive, and railway industries for manufacturing high-strength, high-temperature resistant, and insulating aviation components, as well as corrosion-resistant parts, valves, insulating devices, precision electrical connectors, high-strength housings, high-temperature resistant contactors, motor parts, terminals, carburetors, distributors, igniters, sliders, solenoid valves for braking systems, gears, thermocouples, and piston rings.
