- 白色硬而脆，跌落于地上有金属响声，透光率仅次于有机玻璃，耐水性、化学稳定性良好。电绝缘性优良，尤其高频绝缘性突出；阻燃性优良，为不燃塑料。强度一般但刚性很好，质脆易产生应力脆裂，不耐苯、汽油等有机溶剂。长期使用温度可达260℃，在400℃的空气或氮气中保持稳定。密度1.6-1.9 g/cm³，成型收缩率0.15-0.25%，吸湿小。

Physical Properties:White, hard and brittle solid that produces a metallic sound when dropped; light transmittance second only to acrylic glass; good water resistance and chemical stability. Excellent electrical insulation, especially at high frequencies; excellent flame retardancy, non-flammable plastic. Moderate strength but high rigidity, brittle and prone to stress cracking; not resistant to organic solvents such as benzene and gasoline. Long-term service temperature up to 260°C, stable in air or nitrogen at 400°C. Density 1.6-1.9 g/cm³, mold shrinkage 0.15-0.25%, low moisture absorption.
Uses:Mainly used for pump parts, valve/valve components, housings and electrical/electronic applications, also suitable for automotive fields. Can be used to manufacture heat-resistant parts, insulating parts, chemical instruments and optical instrument components, as well as PPS pipes and sheets.
