- PPS（聚苯硫醚）具有优良的耐高温性能，熔点281℃（拉伸纤维经热处理后熔点约为284℃）；成型收缩率0.7%；成型温度300-330℃。拉伸纤维在拉伸过程中产生部分结晶（结晶度增加至30%），在130-230℃下热处理可使结晶度提高至60-80%，拉伸后纤维无明显玻璃化转变或结晶放热现象。密度随结晶度提高而增大，拉伸前为1.33g/cm³，拉伸后为1.34g/cm³，热处理后可达1.38g/cm³。PPS还具备优良的耐腐蚀、耐辐射、阻燃、均衡的物理机械性能、极好的尺寸稳定性以及优良的电性能。

Physical Properties:PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) exhibits excellent high temperature resistance, with a melting point of 281°C (approximately 284°C for drawn fibers after heat treatment); molding shrinkage rate: 0.7%; molding temperature: 300-330°C. Drawn fibers partially crystallize during stretching (crystallinity increases to 30%), and heat treatment at 130-230°C can increase the crystallinity to 60-80%. The drawn fibers show no obvious glass transition or crystallization exotherm. Density increases with crystallinity: 1.33 g/cm³ before stretching, 1.34 g/cm³ after stretching, and up to 1.38 g/cm³ after heat treatment. PPS also features excellent corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, flame retardancy, balanced physical and mechanical properties, outstanding dimensional stability, and excellent electrical properties.
