- 咖啡色或黑色颗粒，高结晶度，硬而脆。密度约1.3 g/cm³，改性后增大；吸水率极小，约0.03%。具有优异的热性能，短期可耐260℃，可在200~240℃下长期使用；电性能突出，介电常数和介电损耗角正切值较低，耐电弧性好。化学稳定性优异，对大多数酸、酯、酮、醛、酚及脂肪烃、芳香烃、氯代烃等稳定，不耐氯代联苯及氧化性酸、氧化剂、浓硫酸、浓硝酸、王水、过氧化氢及次氯酸钠等。耐辐射性好。

Physical Properties:Coffee or black granules, highly crystalline, hard and brittle. Density approx. 1.3 g/cm³, increasing after modification; extremely low water absorption, about 0.03%. Excellent thermal performance, short-term heat resistance up to 260°C and long-term service temperature of 200–240°C. Outstanding electrical properties with low dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent, good arc resistance. Excellent chemical stability, resistant to most acids, esters, ketones, aldehydes, phenols, aliphatic hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated hydrocarbons; not resistant to chlorinated biphenyls, oxidizing acids, oxidants, concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, aqua regia, hydrogen peroxide, and sodium hypochlorite. Good radiation resistance.
Uses:Recycled PPS resin is widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, automotive, machinery, and chemical industries for manufacturing high-temperature-resistant connectors, relays, coil bobbins, automotive engine components, pump casings, and valves. It can be modified through glass fiber reinforcement, inorganic filling, or carbon fiber reinforcement to produce various high-performance engineering plastic products. Suitable for injection molding.
