Physical Properties:An amorphous thermoplastic resin with high transparency and excellent hydrolysis stability; parts can withstand repeated steam sterilization (service life at least 12 years in 145°C steam). It combines rigidity and toughness, retaining mechanical and electrical properties over a wide temperature range, with a continuous use temperature of 140°C. It features flame retardance, low smoke generation, and chemical resistance. The melt viscosity is relatively high, making it easy to produce parts with uniform properties. GF-110 is a 10% glass-fiber-reinforced, UV-stabilized grade with improved dimensional stability and weatherability.

Uses:Suitable for general-purpose injection molding. Widely used in automotive components, electrical/electronic parts, mechanical parts, and applications requiring long-term resistance to moist heat and steam sterilization, especially for products demanding dimensional stability and UV resistance.
