- 由二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯（MDI）、甲苯二异氰酸酯（TDI）与大分子多元醇、扩链剂反应聚合而成，分子结构由刚性嵌段和柔性链段交替构成。硬度为萧氏D 60。具有优越的机械性能、良好的耐磨耗性、耐低温性、耐老化性、高强度的耐冲击性及耐撕裂性，并具有高延伸性及拉力强度。无毒环保，不含塑化剂，柔软度高，静音，比硬度相若的橡胶有更高的弹性模量，在溶剂和燃油中的溶胀小，耐候性好。

Physical Properties:It is polymerized from diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), toluene diisocyanate (TDI) with macropolyols and chain extenders. Its molecular structure consists of alternating rigid segments and flexible segments. Hardness is Shore D 60. It exhibits superior mechanical properties, good abrasion resistance, low-temperature resistance, aging resistance, high impact strength and tear resistance, as well as high elongation and tensile strength. It is non-toxic, environmentally friendly, plasticizer-free, soft and quiet, with higher elastic modulus than rubber of similar hardness, low swelling in solvents and fuels, and good weather resistance.
Uses:Used for manufacturing gearshift knobs, rollers, couplings, grommets, seals, transmission belts, hoses, cable connectors, gears, goggle frames, bumpers, sports shoe soles, casters, mining screens, films and extruded profiles. Suitable for engineering injection molded products, automotive engineering components, fire hoses, rigid-flexible composite products, as well as cable sheathing, fabric coating and watch straps.
