- 本品为热塑性弹性体，具有突出的回弹性和柔韧性，变形后能快速恢复原状，且在多次循环变形后仍能保持良好的弹性；耐冲击性强，能有效吸收冲击能量，保护相连部件不受损坏；耐蠕变性优异，长期承载下能保持尺寸稳定。熔融温度为170-250℃，可在150-160℃汽车烘漆温度下短期使用，部分型号可在200℃下长期使用；脆化温度低于-70℃，可在-40℃下长期使用，低温下不易脆裂。耐油性能优异，对燃油的渗透性仅为氯丁橡胶、丁腈橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯等耐油橡胶的1/3-1/300；室温下能耐大多数极性液体化学介质（如酸、碱、胺及二醇类化合物），对多数有机溶剂、燃料及气体具有良好的抗溶胀和抗渗透性能，但对卤代烃（氟里昂除外）及酚类的抵抗能力较弱。耐磨性与TPU相当，甚至在某些条件下更优。

Physical Properties:Thermoplastic elastomer with outstanding resilience and flexibility, quickly recovering its original shape after deformation and maintaining good elasticity after repeated cyclic deformation; excellent impact resistance, effectively absorbing impact energy and protecting connected components from damage; excellent creep resistance, maintaining dimensional stability under long-term load. Melting temperature is 170-250℃, suitable for short-term use at automotive baking finish temperature of 150-160℃, and certain grades can be used long-term at 200℃; brittle temperature below -70℃, suitable for long-term use at -40℃, with good low-temperature flexibility. Excellent oil resistance, with fuel permeability only 1/3 to 1/300 of oil-resistant rubbers such as chloroprene rubber, nitrile rubber, and chlorosulfonated polyethylene; resistant to most polar liquid chemical media at room temperature such as acids, alkalis, amines, and glycol compounds, good swelling resistance and permeation resistance to most organic solvents, fuels, and gases, but relatively weak resistance to halogenated hydrocarbons (except Freon) and phenols. Abrasion resistance comparable to or even superior to TPU under certain conditions.
Uses:Suitable for automotive parts manufacturing, such as bumpers, shock-absorbing components, high-temperature components around engine compartments, as well as hydraulic hoses, oil pipes, and other oil-contact parts. Also applicable for manufacturing gears, shoe soles, and other products requiring good abrasion resistance, as well as various shock-absorbing parts requiring repeated elastic deformation.
