Physical Properties:TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) combines the high elasticity of rubber with the processability of thermoplastics. Its service temperature ranges from -50°C to 100°C, but long-term continuous use above 80°C is not recommended. It exhibits excellent aging resistance, chemical resistance and solvent resistance, is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, and can be directly injection molded or over-molded onto substrates such as PP, PE, PC, PS, and ABS. Density is approximately 0.9-1.1 g/cm³ with a wide range of adjustable hardness.
Uses:TPE foot pads are mainly used at the bottom of furniture, electronic products, instruments and equipment for anti-slip, shock absorption, noise reduction and surface protection. Their soft elasticity effectively absorbs vibration and impact, while high surface friction prevents displacement. They can be directly injection molded for high production efficiency and are widely applied in various cushioning and support applications.
