Physical Properties:Thermoplastic polyester elastomer with Shore D hardness of about 66, density of about 1.20 g/cm³, and melting point of about 218°C. It exhibits excellent oil permeation resistance, low-temperature and high-temperature flex fatigue resistance, and UV resistance, while maintaining stable mechanical properties at elevated temperatures. It is also wear-resistant and creep-resistant.
Uses:Mainly used in automotive fuel lines, hydraulic seals and anti-vibration components, high-temperature wire jacketing and connectors in electronics, as well as chemical-resistant hoses and diaphragms in industrial fluid systems. It is also suitable for elastic components and lightweight structural parts in sports equipment.
