It exhibits excellent resilience, flex fatigue resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and resistance to high and low temperatures, and can be used continuously from -40°C to 120°C.
Uses:TPEE TX555 is produced by polymer extrusion chemical chain extension technology, incorporating special segments into the TPEE molecular chain to prepare a high-viscosity TPEE suitable for blow molding large special parts such as engine intake air ducts. It is mainly used in applications requiring damping, impact resistance, flex resistance, sealing performance, elasticity, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and sufficient strength, including polymer modification, automotive parts, hydraulic hoses, shoe materials, transmission belts, rotomolded tires, gears, flexible couplings, elevator guide rails, and anti-corrosion wear-resistant materials in chemical equipment pipes and valves.
