Physical Properties:TPEE is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer with both rubber elasticity and engineering plastic strength. Hardness Shore D 25D-40D, density approx. 1.15-1.25 g/cm³, melting point approx. 170-200°C, low water absorption, excellent chemical resistance and fatigue resistance. It should be fully dried before processing.
Uses:Mainly used as a toughening modifier for polymer materials; blending with engineering plastics such as polyester and polycarbonate improves impact resistance and fatigue resistance. It is also suitable for injection molding to produce flexible, high-resilience elastomeric parts.
