Physical Properties:TPE/TPR are thermoplastic elastomers with both rubber elasticity and thermoplastic processability. Hardness is adjustable in Shore A 60-90 range. They bond firmly to metal (iron, aluminum alloy, stainless steel) and POM substrates in two-shot molding, showing no surface whitening, no delamination, and requiring no adhesive. They offer excellent abrasion resistance, weather resistance and aging resistance, with soft touch and good surface quality.
Uses:Used for secondary injection molding of TPE/TPR over iron, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and POM substrates, achieving strong adhesion without glue. Widely applied in tool handles, household appliance parts, automotive components, sports equipment and other products requiring soft touch and anti-slip grip.
