Physical Properties:Made of special polyether-type polyurethane with a smooth inner wall and a wall thickness of about 0.4-0.9mm. It is reinforced with a sturdy flexible copper-plated steel wire spirally embedded in the wall. Extremely wear-resistant, with abrasion resistance more than 10 times that of ordinary PVC hoses and rubber hoses. The copper-plated steel wire enhances strength, providing high pressure resistance, vacuum resistance and compression resistance. It has excellent axial strength, a bending radius of approximately 3 times the outer diameter, good chemical resistance, and antistatic properties. Temperature range: approximately -30°C to +90°C, with short-term exposure up to +120°C.
Uses:Mainly used for ventilation and dust extraction systems, suitable for conveying high-speed and strongly abrasive materials such as granules, gravel, crushed stone, fine particles, glass debris, dust and chips.
