It has a density of approximately 0.90-0.95 g/cm³, Shore A hardness of 60-70, an operating temperature range of -60°C to 135°C, and good resistance to oils, chemicals, and weathering. The surface feel is similar to rubber and it is recyclable.
Uses:Mainly used in automotive components such as sealing strips, dust covers, and hose sheaths, as well as in wire and cable insulation, tool handles, casters, and various industrial rubber products. The material can be efficiently molded via injection molding and extrusion, replacing traditional vulcanized rubber to simplify production processes and reduce costs.
