It has a melt flow rate of 2~6 g/10min, a Vicat softening point of 59℃, excellent environmental stress crack resistance, good electrical properties, a density of approximately 0.94~0.95 g/cm³, and an extrusion lamination temperature of 316~322℃. It is produced by high-pressure polymerization of ethylene and methyl acrylate using oxygen or peroxides as initiators.
Uses:It can be blow-molded into films for disposable gloves, pharmaceutical and food packaging; extruded into hoses and profiles; blow-molded into toys; and foamed into foam boards.
