Physical Properties:Appearance: milky white or translucent viscous liquid; solid content approximately 35-40%; viscosity 1000-3000 mPa·s at 25°C; pH 7.0-9.0; density about 1.05 g/cm³. It exhibits excellent flexibility, elasticity and adhesion, forms a transparent film, and has good flex resistance, wash fastness, and good compatibility with acrylic emulsions and color pastes.
Uses:This product is specially used in printing paste systems as a waterborne polyurethane binder, significantly improving the adhesion, elasticity and abrasion fastness of printing pastes. It is suitable for textile pigment printing, water-based screen printing and paste printing processes, imparting a soft hand feel and excellent yellowing resistance to the printed layer. When compounded with acrylic emulsions, it improves the film-forming property and anti-blocking performance of the paste.
