- TPEE（热塑性聚酯弹性体）硬度可在邵氏30-82D范围内调节，弹性和强度介于橡胶和塑料之间；低应变下模量高于同硬度的其他热塑性弹性体，拉伸强度高；低温柔顺性好，低温缺口冲击强度优于其他TPE，耐磨耗性与TPU相当，耐疲劳性能优异，滞后损失少。耐热性好，可在120℃以上使用，脆点低于-70℃，大部分牌号可在-40℃下长期使用。耐油性优异，室温下耐大多数极性液体化学介质，对大多数有机溶剂、燃料及气体抗溶胀和抗渗透性能好；但耐热水性较差，添加聚碳化二亚胺稳定剂可明显改善抗水解性。耐水雾、耐臭氧及室外大气老化性能优良，但紫外光下会发生降解，室外用需添加紫外光防护助剂。该牌号通过UL94 V0阻燃等级。

Physical Properties:TPEE (thermoplastic polyester elastomer) hardness can be adjusted within Shore 30-82D, with elasticity and strength between rubber and plastic. Under low strain, its modulus is higher than that of other thermoplastic elastomers of the same hardness, and it has high tensile strength. It exhibits good low-temperature flexibility, better low-temperature notched impact strength than other TPEs, and abrasion resistance comparable to TPU, as well as excellent fatigue resistance with low hysteresis loss. It has good heat resistance and can be used above 120°C; its brittle point is below -70°C, and most grades can be used long-term at -40°C. It has excellent oil resistance and can withstand most polar liquid chemical media at room temperature, with good resistance to swelling and permeation by most organic solvents, fuels and gases. However, hot water resistance is poor, and hydrolysis resistance can be significantly improved by adding polycarbodiimide stabilizer. Resistance to water mist, ozone and outdoor atmospheric aging is excellent, but it degrades under ultraviolet light, so UV protective additives are required for outdoor use. This grade meets UL94 V0 flame retardance.
Uses:Suitable for sporting goods, wire and cable jackets, electronic and electrical appliance parts, toys, automotive components, gears, transmission belts, etc. Mainly used in fields requiring vibration damping, impact resistance, flex resistance, sealing performance and elasticity, oil resistance, chemical resistance and sufficient strength, and can also be used in polymer modification, high- and low-temperature resistant wire jackets, hydraulic hoses, shoe materials, flexible couplings, silent gears, elevator slide rails, chemical equipment pipe and valve parts, wires and cables, and seals.
